That's the problem with common names..they can be misleading.

Compare those at reb*rn with those at ML...you will see the difference.

Those are common hermit crabs. You can catch them yourself at East Coast. Scarlet hermits has a yellow face and hairless red legs.

And by the way the common hermit crabs are DEFINTELY not reef-safe
