Suggest rinse the new beads before using, but brand like AquaMedic they claimed preWashed..... other than that info you can refer to below link....

It is intended to use with a denitrator. Start the dosing slow, as too much sulphur into your water will kill your live stocks.

Intended use is with Denitrator... FR can also be use if you can reduce the outlet to airtube thru DIY, the output must be dripping... You can mix some calcium media in the sulphur reactor or at the output to neutralize the sulphur acid and the pH...
