Flame Back Angel went crazy

Wonder what happened ..

My Flame Back is still greedy like a pig but today it seems to Swim Very Fast, go Round and Round a Certain piece of Live Rock. Then my Chocolate Chip Star Fish moved and blocked the Swimming path. The Flame Back re choose it's route and Swim To and Fro from one breath of the Tank to Another. It seem to be enjoying his Marathon Touch and Go Swimming Routine but I have never observed him swimming in this manner. The only time that he stops his routine swimming path is when the food is being releases. It Snatches the Food for a while and went back to his crazy swimming routine again...

Anybody has similar experience with crazy angelfish???

He has been with me for 1 year liao ....Stubborn but full of character.

He is the only Angel Fish in my Tank who dares to go head on with my Coral Beauty who is 4 times bigger than him.

The Flame Back Angel is still practising his Marathon Swimming lessons ..

I had flamback before, but dosen't exibit the behaviour you described. However, my tomini tang did perform that swimming round the tank routine for few weeks at one stage. I ascribe it to adolescent hormones.

Haahaa ..reminded me on my puppy dog.

She will ran very fast around the house from room to room n up the sofa n bed.

Then suddenly, she will stop n drink drink...

Vet said it's part of her growing process...

So never know fish also has such behavior...interesting!

That's Bingo. I didn't know Dogs do that even after they are familiar with the environment.

Seems like my Flame Angel is doing the same.

Now that the Auto Light if Off and Zzzzzzzz time ... I will check again tomorrow.
