Ur sump design using acrylic easily cost sgd300-350.

Cause need laser cutting n many compartments.

Just to check with u out of curiousity...

Y u wanna use plastic to make a sump? Y not glass?

For sump, u can use thinner glass to construct despite we're keeping marine because sump got lots of compartment hence those partition will act as extra enforcement to prevent glass from giving way due to pressure... Do consider... Acrylic tends to become blur (not clear) over time. Best bonding material for it is chloroform n noted: chloroform on acrylic might not be as tough as silicon on glass!

this shop's boss quite cocky wan... Ask me to wait very long or come back few days later just for a small

pcs of plastic. And add "we very busy wan... So small pc normally we dun do wan but we chin chai etc"

price wise not cheap also...

Well thanks... not much different with glass and plastic but i chose plastic as it just for a sump tank and that i believe the right acrylic is strong to withstand the pressure
