Reef Safe Wrasses...

I got interested by the colors of these reef safe wrasse... was thinking whether is it possible to get them in our LFS...

ML sometimes bring the fairies in. The flashers are quite common in LFS.

yo,terry if you intrestedin the flame wrasse CF has them as apair for $200,there are a couple of other wrasse that is reef safe and not. wrasse like blue sided,red eye frairy wrasse check it out

i was told by the ppl there that the flame wrasse is already discounted they used to sell singly for $200 but not to worry the blue wrasse sided u only cost u below $12 if i'm not mistakenand all the wrasses are already feeding

Actually the flame wrasse are nice but if die hor... i gonna kanna chop by my parent..

i myself can't buy it for $200 too ex for mebut if you intrested in the other not reef safe wrasse like the green leaf and marble wrasse will only coat you below $6

I love the way my six line swim through all the rocks. Very interesting and can nvr get a gd picture of it. They are hardy too.

wrasses are beautiful fishes. in my opinion clown fishes are also underrated.

however, wrasses do create piles of sand dunes while digging for a 'bed' to sleep.

my experience with wrasses is that they also do disturb clams. they do not nip at them but hover ard them and somtimes hide under the warmth or shade of the mantles. thus, they may irritate them.

however, wrasses like the six-line are good for ridding the predator pyra snails before they cause harm to clams.

in a reef world, everything is ideal. however, in our tanks, we'll have to give and take.

The best reefsafe wrasses are fairy wrasses.

Take your pick... there's more than a dozen species... but only a handful comes in to SG.

When websites quote LS as 'Reef-safe', what do they generally mean? safe to be kept with shrimps, LPS, SPS, Clams, etc etc?
