The folks over at Piscine Energetics recently announced the addition of a blister pack that contains both PE Mysis and CYCLOP-EEZE. Both of these products have a long-standing positive reputation among the marine aquarium industry for providing a nutritious food source for marine organisms. PE Mysis are harvested from glacier-fed mountain lakes in Canada and come naturally gut loaded with phytoplankton and are very high in Omega 3 & 6 HUFA and amino acids. CYCLOP-EEZE are a biologically engineered micro-crustacean that are cultured in a shallow arctic salt lake and contain extremely high concentrations of the critical biological pigment Astaxanthene which brings out the color of your fish.

Previously, consumers were forced to purchase the products individually, and typically they were packaged as one large amount which can sometimes lead to premature spoiling. Now, we're excited to know that by purchasing this product, you'll have the ability to satisfy all of your livestock with one solid product. The twin packs contain one 4 oz. blister package of PE Mysis and one 4 oz. blister package of CYCLOP-EEZE, which is especially convenient for those with nano aquariums, as well as those who choose to perform smaller, more frequent feedings.

Some local fish stores and online retailers have already started stocking this twin pack, and many others are expected to receive them in the coming months. If your LFS doesn't already stock these wonderful foods, I strongly encourage you to ask them to do so by contacting a P.E. sales representative.
