I didn't know a 12g Nano Cube could be so darn mesmerising until I saw this guy who did it in YouTube!

THE BEGINNING

ALMOST 2 YEARS LATER

Kudos to him man! Bravo bravo. :score:

Anyone knows how to set up a reef 12g Nano Cube exactly like him? What're the steps required? What accessories and lights etc are needed and how to hook them up?

If I am still clueless after all the advices, the last resort is to pay someone to help me set it up and running. Anything besides that, I can do the deco myself.

:ThanxSmiley:

I have a 12 gallon nano cube , i must say it a challange since the compartments behind is so small to put a skimmer in so u have to deal with changing water very often but after everything all i can say the result is wonderful. Oh if u want to get the 12 gallon nano cube by jbj i am not too sure if they have it already , although u can get the Boyu one for lighting i will say get an led light :)

I am using a 12g JBJ nano for 3 years now. It's great when the the water stabilised and matured after 1st year. Very low maintenance needed. But I only have LR in it.

Francesco (the guy from the video) have corals from 2 years back but of course things looks different after 2 years. They grew and landscape changed etc. He removed, introduced and rearranged some. You should see all his videos. Blew my mine away.

Aquarium started on April 3, 2009 (info I forgotten to include).

Is the power cord replaceable? Mine got crushed by the lid so the protective layer is a lil torn exposing the inner wires.

I need to have a thorough clean of the cover where lights are at cause lots of dried up salt are congregated inside on the plastic cover for the lights. Got to unscrew to get to them.

Nice husky.

ooOOOH transformation! Do you use chiller? I am hoping to do without it with 24hrs air-conditioned room.

I prefer with cover cause the tank is in my room and I have other furry pets.

Hi Aruen. If you are inspired by this, then you should visit Nano-reef.com. Click on link to view all the TOTM featured on their website. More importantly, read about how they achieve it.

Thanks Peacemaker! I'll have a look. Hope that I'll not have information overload syndrome!

This is kinda getting addictive and soon to be really expensive... I hope not!
