Need Calcium Reactor ?

read so many threads on Calcium reactor.

Is this needed if I only have soft coral ?

Doubt so. Its usually reef tanks with lots of hard corals, esp. SPS and clams would need a calc reactor.

Don't bother. Soft corals use calcium but much less than hard corals, even then only fast growing SPS and clams under bright light will require large amounts of calcium.
