25 mm pipe is more than enough. at least can support a pump that deliver 1400L/h.

HI GUYS

finally manage to overcome the flowing problem

solution is to drill another hole (30mm) in my tank alongside with the 25mm hole.and the return to the main tank part of the water is going through the skimmer

it look ugly as the tank act as the living room paration with the piping expose dont u guy think so ??

agree. It looks ugly. If you using it as a two sided partition shouldn't use any over flow fitratio loh. Will be very ugly. Even if it's an internal overflow box also will block off some parts on one side. best is use canister loh IMHO.
