I may have been mistakenly overcharged. i paid $274 for it.

Aquabee 2000/1 Needle wheel pump is around 250 - 280 if I'm not wrong.

Hi All, yup, clarified. For needlewheel (2000i), 250-280 is the correct price.

But it doesn't fit into old model MCE600..argghhhh

If I'm not wrong, he wanted to convert his original MCE600 to MCE600 turbo by changing the normal AB2000/1 to AB2000/1 needlewheel pump.

Btw, If I'm the TS, I will change the impellor instead.

According to Kuay5, the new pump could not fit into his skimmer body. I thought the difference between old & new aquabee is just the impellor & its shaft support. (below is a link on this query.)

I wonder if Deltec modified the pump chamber to accommodate the newer Aquabee.

hi guys, the old aquabee stopped working. Even if i soak in vinegar and let it run outside the housing by itself.

The new aquabee does not come with the venturi air intake. The air intake from the old model can only fit the old model. This is because the air intake is fixed to the impeller cover.(everything else is the same size)
