can someone pls advice wat the diff between blue PL (those tube ones) from hardware shops and those from fish shop except other than the price of coz thanks

You can't tell until you get spectral analysis charts and other info like PAR values etc and compare them.

That is... if you trust the marketing text on the packing.

Blue FL/T5/PL is blue light. If it has values that can be compared with each other and the properties are within the light spectrum that corals use... then you would know whether its usuable or not and how they compared against each other.

Actinic FL/T5/PL is usually deeper purple in colour and comparatively expensive compared to the ordinary blue bulbs.
