DIY Overflow Comb

Went to Daiso at VivoCity after lunch today for a walk. Saw this plastic partition comb(2 per pack) that comes in various size.(from 5cm, 7cm, 9cm, to 12cm)

It's meant for creating partition in drawers & trays for storing small items. Being a reefer, it naturally look more like an overflow comb to me. :idea:

It's just a few dollars & should be suitable for those who like to construct their own tank or sump.

I tried before, The gap too narrow.. have to be careful in long run.. those huge residua may seize the key eventually.. Cheers

using this too, from daiso, so far so good

you can break additional parts, and leave 2-3mm gap, to counter the narrow gaps

im more concern about the coraline growth

it covers the gap totally

have many uses....they have shorter ones also in white. i use it to segregate inside my sump.

its not use to replace the glass partition in the sump. its used to just partition the cheato and red bamboo in my sump. But daiso has always this stuff here and there for sale. need our creativity only.
