u can't go wrong with PBTs from CF....although auntie charge more for those already weed to feed on pellets...n the colours are very blue....not like some that tends to be fading...

i presumed, u introduce these 2 buggers together...that's y they r in "harmony"...good job!

nope.. introduced them together... so far no problems at all... in fact they're swimming like a pair.. haha..

yes i got them from CF.. made sure both were feeding before i took them home... there was a smaller powder blue with stunning colours, sadly didnt budge when the pellets i threw fell infront of him...

nope.. all along wanted to keep a FOWLR tank, with a few simple corals here and there...

i hope the powder blue would only be notorious towards tangs, and not bully the small ones..

if things however turn really bad i've always a space in my sump ready to house him until he "cools down".. haha..

yesss.. very attracted to their colours.. only worry is of them being an ich magnet...

always wanted the challenge of keeping them, but i cant do it in my previous 2ft cube..

white spots appeared on the fins on the 2nd day...

but thereafter seem to be gone...

have to build up their immunity before i introduce more fishes to compete food with them... haha..

This tank is gonna be a FOWLR tank...

with a few simple corals here and there..

the corals i currently have in my tank are given to me by nice reefers here...

Reason why I wanna go FOWLR:

1) low maintanance

2) experience of keeping more fishes, bigger fishes, something i couldnt do with my previous 2ft cube...

3) deep down i seem to appreciate fishes more than corals.. dont ask me why.. haha..

having 2 powder tangs as my first 2 fishes might not be a good choice to begin with...

hopefully more reefers can guide me along,

recommend me some fishes that i should try out...

I think no more TANGS, if go for FOWLER, maybe can keep some ANGELs? some schooling fishes like chromis, anthias will be quite nice and colourful. Of course, still have clownfishes if you like.

u might have problems adding other new fishes in future (esp tangs)...PBT super notorious...ne new comers oso chase n wack

Lol. Clown tang worst. Smallest among my Tangshan but whacked my big sohal and powder blue. Like torpedo.
