anemone shrinking

hello brothers/sisters

im new to salt fish tank. aka marine aquarium. i've cycle my tank for 1month. i started adding live corals, and fishes.

today is the 1st week and i found my anemone shrinking. and the tentacles are like "lao hong" or "lao lao" like no longer bubbly! help needed. if photo is required i can upload!

hmm, i observed it for 4hrs, and its slowly getting back to bubbly already! by the way, how can i cure ich? cause i realise my fishes have white spots and their tails/ find are like broken.

You can have fresh water bath fir the fish but I guess you hardly can caught them in your tank once you put them in. when the tank are more stable and less stress, it will go away.

if im able to catch fresh water bath? will it work 100%? and fresh water bath means? put them in fresh water?

if so i heard it will spread right? cause i have corals and fish already

Bro I think I post in the wrong thread. I am talking about fishes not anemones!
