Hi,

I have a rock of Blastomussa Coral, abt 6-7 pieces.

For the last 3 days, 2 pieces have fade off in colour, looks like dying away.

Check thru the net, and there is no special requirement for this coral and my tank parameter has been stable.

NO2 - 0

NH4 - 0

NO3 - 12.5mg/l

Ca 420-450

dkh 10-11

temp 25-26.5

could it be too strong light, under 250W MH BLV 10000K?

I've just relocate it to a slightly shade area.

Will the fade off recover?

What do you mean by fade off???

Bleaching... cos if its bleaching, then recovery could be expected...

not all will grow back once the it shrunk and showed only the skeleton...best thing is not to touch it anymore, stressing it further will reduce chances of it recovering ;)
