is it common for radioactive zoa to have pink rim?

hi bro from my experience, as my zoas go thru their journey in my tank, they can become more brillant n have 'enhanced color' when my maintenance is tip top n take care of the tank :).

Sad to say the opposite is true when i get busy n lousy mood n low maintenance as a result, my wife will complain 'why ur tank all brown color'. IMO (in my opinion :))
