Setting timing for white and blue lights

Any bros can advise me the timing for

1) what time to what time to on white light

2) what time to what time to on blue light

3) any timing to on both

4) any timing to off both

Really depends on what lighting and how strong the lighting u are using. But a good start will be , 10hrs- 12hrs T5, 8 hr -10hrs Metal Halides. Like i said, it all depends.

Mine is LEDs.

I thought white light is like to simulate day and blue is night?

Blue LED are nightlight indeed. Different from Blue actinic T5 which most of us use in conjunction with MH.
