Hello Good Morning, is it easy to get them to eat prepared food?

And how come some webby says be caution while keeping them in reef tanks?

Start wit cyclopeeze, not a beginner fish but can be kept with the right tank condition and food... Mysis will take longer to train...

from what tunicate said.. its better to keep them in a spieces tank right?

They only consume mysis from my experience. Currently have 2 in my 4ft tank for more than 2 years. The ones I have do not tolerate other pipefish species and I am happy to have just this particular nano species. They do swim to avoid stinging corals like anemone and usually are found amongst the rocks and overhang, minding it's own business.

I just got mine today! and its feeding already =p so far so good. 6 line yellow wrasse didnt disturb it.

hello, i have another question, hope some pro can ans me. i googled about this fish and it says they grow up to 14CM. thats pretty big for my tank 4x2x2.5

My question is, do they grow according to the tank size or they will just grow to the suppose size?

14cm is normal mah...

14cm is the length of a small ruler.

banded pipe, dragon face pipefish and bluestripe are some of the easier ones.

especially dragonface. they take mysis readily.
