I am using it. For 2 mths already. So far so good.

Only occasionally a little noise from the transformer, just hit the casing a little and the sound disappear already.

other than that I am satisfy with it.

hi guys,

im using one too.....the problem with this MH is that the ignitor vibrates and make a rattle sound sometimes.

Also, this MH does not come with a capacitor.....to my supprise when i dismantle the MH. <_< the manufacture want to save on cost maybe!

Also, the 4 PL lights comes with 4 magnetic ballast.......that is the cause of the weight. Now, im replacing it with 2 x dual eballast.

Now, after the rattling sound, i have decided to modify it to house DE 2x250watt with the gear being external.....

Hope that the glass for this fixture is UV coated.... :D

Yep. Weight is definitely an issue.

I tried lifting the 3 ft one and I think it is at least 20 kg. I am not sure how much a 4 ft will weigh.

However, I find the design extremely nice.

I am using the 4ft one, and I weight it before. It's 18Kg.

So I don't think the 3ft is 20kg.
