Hi, My MP40 wet side just stopped spinning..

So I took out and disassemble the wet side.. Nothing is broken, I fixed everything back...

1st attempt to power on, the whole wet side spin, including the wet side frame... So I quickly off it... Reassemble it again.

2nd attempt to power on, the impeller is not even spinning.. Off and clean and reassemble..

3rd attempt to power on, the impeller spin a bit and stopped..

Everytime it stop, the nut gets unscrewed and the impeller becomes loose.. Is something broken that I didnt notice..

Anyone knows what is the problem?

Thanks...

You may want to ensure the white ceramic bearing is flush to the wet frame when u assemble back. Sometimes there are calcium deposits and the ceramic bearing cannot go all the way in. I also encounter the same problem before. Solved the problem by soaking the parts in vinegar.
