My ehim 1264 is outside the sump.

I place it on a cushion.

Top up is fixed with PVC pipe all the way to my main tank above.

I can feel the vibration is at this pipe. But how to reduce this humming...

Read that some change to rubber hose n it solve this noise...any advantage of PVC piping and rubber hose?

I suggest u put a short rubber hose after pump return outlet than join with the pvc pipe.

This shd reduce the humming sound.

My decomm 4ft FOWLR

The humming is basically from the pump, because of it high flow rate. It cannot be reduce much. By putting rubber hose before PVC pipe will reduce vibration noise.

Do also check is your pump or pipe are touching any part of the tank or cabinet, if it does, this will generate noise

If you really cannot stand the humming then replace your pump with 2 smaller one. Smaller produce less noise.
