Oh Yano. HAHA.

Yeah his idea is great. I prefer Denadai's, Formosa's and one other RC guy's just as much as his.

Nonetheless, good luck (:

yeah the idea is to let the sps frags to grow out and form the evolving scape..but firstly hope my sps can survive and grow..still alot to learn from all the expert here.

Below is Bro donkey's diy overflow video clip (part 8). I notice he put a one-way air valve at the 1st U-bend over the brim of the display tank to release any trapped air. The only thing I'm uncertain is if the trapped air is released automatically, or does it have to be manually sucked out.

P.S. Ignore the last part when he starts touching the pipes.

...and 80ml of carbon in filter netting in passive flow.

Since I notice you have a blue hippo in your tank, below is an article regarding HLLE just in case you missed it.

can i know your tank temp? thanks

temperature is range from 26.8 to 27.3 degree

nice looking minimalist bonsai style reef tank....

lights seems not strong enough though

The picture look soft maybe i using camera phone taking the picture.

Presently using ati power module 4x24watt with 2blue plus and 2 bluespecial mounted 3 inch above the surface,

in the mean time coral still in small colony or frag the light should be enough.

will need extra 1 or 2more tube when the coral started to grow out.
