Looking for 250w MH with external ballast and good (spider?) reflector.

Pls advice brand, SE or DE, age of ballast, reflector type, c/w bulb (if yes, what type).

Hanging kit/stand/rack, collection/test location and your asking price..

May consider 400w but not 150w or lower.
