one plug for 2 light bulbs.. so u can use your own timer for different lights setting.

but i think if you were to DIY to hang up, should be easy as you can drill two holes each at the sides of the lights. there's a place to drill.

from the picture it show that u be able to drill two holes and mount your hanging kit.
