Your month-old tank seems to be stocked too fast. How big is it? Was it properly cycled before livestock were introduced?

If you wish to keep everything in your tank, your best bet maybe hypo.

If you can catch ALL fishes from your tank, then treat them on a quarantine tank and leave your display tank fish-less for at least 1 month. Introduce fish only after they are fully treated else the same problem will likely recur.

Corals cannot tolerate copper. Once you treat the tank with copper, it's close to impossible to clean off.

Don't want to sound like a preacher but you need to take it slowly and introduce livestock gradually. if you are a newbie, start with easier species. Tangs and butterflyfishes are on the intermediate to advance level.

Good Luck.

Hi Bro,

Iskay is right, "Nothing that is good happens fast in this hobby", take your time to cycle your tank and introduce slowly. During this time, read and research so that when its your tank is completely cycled you are ready.

Just a rough indication of the amount of time needed to cycle a tank is about 1 month, however some hobbyist takes even longer to ensure that there are sufficient beneficial bacteria and microbes populations before adding fishes.

Please let us know if you need assistance. ;)
