top up water

i wanna ask how do i top up my water?do u need to add in salt water or do i have to add in tap water?..help me!!

just top up with water and rem to remove chlorine and those heavy metals before u add.best leave the water for more then 24 hrs or longer

Replace only what you have lost. Evaporated water does not carry salt with it, so when you top up water, use pure water.

my water in da tank is not eveporated.....juz now my cannister filter got lack..and losts of water is drain out?so do i need to add in salt water or juz add ion dechlorined water???

If it is saltwater that you lost, then replace with saltwater.

Anyway, as you don't know how much was lost to evaporation and how much lost to a leak in that same period, you should check salinity after you top up to make sure all is ok, no matter what you top up with

no matter how much u hv lost to evaporation, salt still remains in the tank.
