What kind of lights is needed for macroalage?

Anyone can advise can kind of lights do I need for macroalgae?

I am using it for my refugerium.

As cheap as possible. Make sure its relatively safe too. (from splashing and water mist).

I recommend the cheapest option of a simple 36W x1 or x2 PL of 6500K.

Algae plants do better with lower colour temperature.
