starhub users beware !!!

Starhub recently upgrades its IT system. Users and subscribers, please check your monthly statements. Here is what I found. Scary but truth.

I was charged for the free safesurf since April this year.

I was charged for my daughter's sms, which is supposed to be 100% free under the student plan.

I was charged for the free residential digital phone use, which is supposedly free.

I was told that my recent imail account was not paid because the credit card expired in 2005!

All these shattered my confidence in Starhub. Luckily, the crew at OUB was very helpful and put the matter right.

So please check your statements. The money would be better used in LFS.
