Do i need to upgrade my light?

i have a 2ft tank now and i plan to keep zoa and maybe bubble or other GPS. just need to check do i need to upgrade my light set?

Tanks size : 2ft x 1ft x 1.5ft

Light set : T5 3 tube ( all 24w - 1 blue, 1 10k white & 1 6.5k whit )

with this light set, my mushroom is growing and spreading, but i place some normal zoa on the sand floor and they only open but not really growing. Do i need to change them?

zoas may take longer to propagate compared to mushrooms. i've some small frags which more or less stay dormant for months at the same number and suddenly grow to double the number in a few weeks.

good lighting would of course help and with zoas maybe you could have it a 4 bulb set which would just nice cover your 1ft width. good individual reflectors are VERY important, as well as good bulbs.
