recent weather has force me to raise my light by 2"

my sps have grown so much unknowingly

bandit update: infected with ich, thankfully its still feeding aggressively

Wow! bro, really love your sps. Yes, as long as the fish keep on eating, chances of recovery is great. I always feed them with food soaked with garlic guard I built up their immune system.

It's interesting to see you started off with a mixed reef tank with amazing GSPs and others to now an amazing sps dominated aquarium. With your dedication to make things work, I'm sure your bandit angel will pull through. All the best!

ich getting lesser and lesser

my only concern is currently on pellets only

hopefully it will start eating mysis and seaweed

thanks for asking

Hi bro, thanks for your update. Really glad ur bandit angel is recovering from this marine night mare disease.

If its solely feeding on pellets you could consider trying out Fauna Marin Ultra Health & Ultra Marine Base Energy. The former is rich in vitamins and the latter has beta-glucan incorporated which stimulates the defense system of the fish.

Always something more important than fish.

Yes bro, fishes that gonna ich previously will also gonna ich again but they recovered very fast normally within 3-5days, continue with food soak with garlic guard to built up immune system.

It is excellent that the fish is eating pellets!

I would be more troubled if the fish is only eating mysis and does not take pellets.

There are lots of high quality pellets in the market! Fauna Marin, NLS, Dainichi, Dr Bassler etc etc.

Try feeding your fish various types of pellets to boost its health and soon the ich will go away.
