Nice and healthy specimen, saw it with my own eyes.

Ups!

On a side note: Bro Straydum, I like your concept of keeping your tank fish-less, I can see healthy populations of pods and snails. Btw, if you dun mind, I hope to buy some of the tiny snail from you.

Looking at your tank have further inspired me to hold my tank fish-less for longer period before introducing fishes. I have also learned yesterday when speaking with Jens Kallemeyer how some of the successful reefers in Germany are holding back fishes during set-ups. I will post the details of our meet with him

no problem bro :) you can just drop by for the snails/pods, don't need to buy or anything

imo i've personally never seen so much life in the tank before when i had fish. its just shows that fishes, when kept in a glass cage, take in alot more than just what we feed them. whenever we add fishes into our tanks we're doing so at the expense of all the tiny forms of life around it.

at the on start it was hard looking at a bare empty tank without anything moving fast and obvious enough to catch my attention. but after ahwile i was more or less 'forced' to look at the smaller things around, focusing more instead of looking at the whole picture. that was when i saw everything and went  now i don't know if i can bare adding in any fishes at all!
