WTS: Giving Up Hobby

Have used 2 years to decide to give up Marine Fish hobby. I've spent more than 20k to acquire the knowledge and skill but only after a few years of enjoying the beautiful fish and corels, my work doesn't allow me to continue the hobby. Now selling off everything, including spare equipments. The tank conditions is excellent, zero ammonia and zero nitrate (yes, not nitrite, not a typing error), corels opened widely and Star Polyps spread and grow on the rock, the only Orange-Striped Trigger fish lives for 2 years till now without any feeding solely sustained by the living organisms in the tank. And most marvelous of all, green plants sprout out from the rock and grow in the tank. When I told my friends who are advance hobbyists, they responded "You sure that is not algae?"

The sand is 10cm thick so that the top level will encourage bacteria that will break down waste to ammonia and to nitrite and lastly to nitrate. And the bottom oxygen starving layer will encourage bacteria that break down nitrate. So this is a mature tank which is ready for your corels and fish to 'move in'.

I'm selling off everthing cheap at 2.5k, payment need to be made before collection. You need to arrange your own people to move the tank which is big and heavy. I'll co-ordinate the shifting with you.

Sorry for the fish tank photo, no time to clean the tank, so can't see the beautiful rock structure.

First come first served, the first one to email me will seal the deal. (Email:varntet@singnet.com.sg)

After using the Tiger Shark Float cleaner, I took some photos to show the conditions of the tank. Please ignore the algae, for that's the result for not maintaining the tank for 2 years. Hope to sell by this weekend, so will sell to the highest offer before Sunday midnight.

The photos are: Star Polyps grown on rock, plants sprout from the rock, Orange-stripe Trigger Fish & Octopus Corel.
