thanks.

btw i read that triggers tend to rearrange your rockwork.. My tank is quite extensively scaped so im quite worried bout that.

Is it true or it depends on the fish itself? :)

They obviously cannot move big rocks, but move small light stones or rubble around in search of food or to gnaw their ever growing teeth.

almost ALL african zoa colonies (in the center tanks) at iwarna is down with zoa pox. anyone buying might wanna treat them before adding to the tank. but definitely nice colonies, just needs a little help :)

damage is about 2 red notes per colony.

coral farm nothing much.

1x Belonoperca chabanaudi. super cool predatory fish. very uncommon and if looks could kill, this guy would kill. super cool fish. difficult fish that only eat live food. difficult to train on frozen.

still have many sunburst anthias.

below is a pic of the B. chabanaudi.

People normally keep all triggerfish in FOWLR tank becos of their destructive nature. However there are a few species more suited to reef tank than others. Following in order of suitability with most suitable first:

Blue Jaw triggerfish (Xanthichthys auromarginatus) / Many LFS will carry these when in season, normally small around 3 inches.

Crosshatch Triggerfish (Xanthichthys mento) / V beautiful and quite expensive for a trigger. LCK, CF, RB can all obtain them in their hawaii shipments, fish is normally big at 7 to 8 inches. So pls do research before u buy.

Pink Tail Triggerfish (Melichthys vidua) / Common fish, AH Beng and CF constantly have them.

Hawaiian Black Triggerfish (Melichthys niger) / CF currently has these black beauty.

Here is a good source for reading: Reef-safe Triggerfish

pinnicle has 2 Cheilinus bimaculatus.

Kept in the tank with sand where the golden angels are.

very beautiful but rarely seen in the aquarium trade. max length 15cm.

very suitable for FOWLR tanks. Reef tank also can but tiny shrimps may be eaten.

the colouration at pinnicle is very subdued and faded due to poor lighting conditions and because they are rather small sized. but will colour up nicely in the home tank.

size at pinnicle about 2.5 inch. (tail is very big and diamond shaped).

wow... just when i decided to stop shopping!

issit the standard size 'colony'?? super good price for fibre optic pocci!!!

yes the standard cultured colony size.

some are very big but those are $50.

the colour of the fibre optic poccis are quite intense green and not as fibre-opticy as usual, but with good parameters and lighting, the colours should return back to normal.
