When I top-up my water through the filter as the water flows throughout my tank. The rocks starts to secretes some kind of slime around them. Anyone knows why is that happening? Is it normal?

Yup I think it is normal, no harm. I think maybe coral tend to slime a bit and when the top up is pour in, the powder inside will be stick to the slime, which become more visible to us. As long as the flow is good it will go away after few hours.

It is a top up so no need to top with DI water before use, for my case I pouring direct into the main tank.

Yes, 'the top up is just that.

You do not need to mix it with any DI, RO whatever water. You can add it to your WC water then pour it into your tank, else just add it to your sump. It will cloud up your tank for about 1/2 to 1 hr but shld clear after that. Slime from corals is quite normal during this process imho.

Cheers.
