Hi. I just bought my horse about 2 days ago from aquamarin.

So far it seems fine. But it is not eatin much. Even target feedin, it won't eat.

I read that I have to put Vibrance® into mysis but I do not know where to get it.

How do I get my horse to eat? The most only eat 1 or 2 pcs of mysis when it pass by.

Then the rest of the time it seems to look at the sandbed lookin for food???

Try adding selcon or vitamin to entice it to eat from the "smell" of the additive... It is not easy to get seahorses to eat, it will take from a week to a month to wean them onto full frozen food..

they r looking for pods etc.

if feeding frozen mysis have some gentle flow to make the mysis look alive at the sametime slow enough for them to catch it.

I see. Thanks for the info bros. Pods? Where can I buy them? I do not know what are these. I read that OCEAN PODS copepods are good.

But I don't know what is it. Do I jus buy a bottle and pour? These are live species right??

ya.. amphipods will be good for adults SH.. u may wan to consider building a refugium in ur main tank, so the pods will have a safe place to multiply..

do encourage ur SH to feed on mysis.. cos pods will not be enuff for it.

put up a pict of ur SH..
