FOC 422 tank with cabinet and sump

Tank is 3 yrs old and hinges are rusty. Need cleaning up.

Got to provide your own mover, remove seawater and livesand if you don't want them.

Must collect whole set at one go.

Collection at Mackenzie road.

Have to clear latest by Friday (12 Nov) or I will dispose it. As this is in an office, hence have to clear after office hours. You will need to remove the water and livesand before moving. I am still running the tank to keep the sand alive.

I have to clarify that whoever takes the tank will have to get your own mover to move everything at ONE GO (including taking out water in the tank). I don't have a toilet in the office and so unwanted water have to be cleared using many pails and disposed off in common toilet outside the office. It will be much easier if your mover has those large blue drums common known as "beansprout pail" so only 2 or 3 trips to the toilet and that's it.

My office is still operating so not convenient to move tank piece meal on different days
