Pls. advise me on Bubble Trap

I'm hoping to setup a bubble trap in the sump between skimmer & return compartment.

Questions:

(1)Which way should it be? over-under-over or under-over-under to minimise micro bubbles?

(2)If my overflow rate is 1800l/h, what should be my baffle length & width to accommodate the flow?

Bro,

The most effective is under-over-under-over, however due to the lack of space, you may try under-over-under. This is because most of the bubbles exiting th skimmer will be rushing to the top and lesser bubbles will go through the baffles.

Best is to build baffles across the entire width of the tank. Keep about 20mm between the baffles for easy removal and siphoning of detritus.
