Bro, did u managed to try Unimarin from AM. I read from the web but no instructions mentioned on whether it is safe for reef aquarium. Waterlife - Myxazin also treats pop eye syndrome but for fish only system which means have to catch the fish and I worry it may create more stress for the fish.

Hope to hear from someone with experience on this.

Thanks

Thanks!

sorry now then remember I still owe everyone a feedback.

Yes, the product works, did cure my chalk basslet from the popeye... however the popeye return after 2 months and this time round, I was too slow to detect it and by the time I dose the medication, too late.

However, it did work during the first round when I detected the popeye earlier. Now, there might be a cause for this which needs to rectify, if not, dosing the medication only treat the symptom but not the cause.

Hope my experience helps.

:)

i hav the same experience of my fish having pop eyes. wat i did was jus change water everyday for 5days. so far all survive... mine is jus a fowlr tank. mainly angel. i also face some other problem wit my fish like fin rot, bloatted tummy, fungus, mouth swollen and some others. but all i did was to change water. my theory is tat, as long as e fish is eating, i jus keep changin water. i didnt take out e fish as tis might stress the fish more.

yup water quality is importance. but mine is only fowlr. so i don really check my water parameter... hehehe.... :P

but like i say... the fish must still be feeding despite the injury... then only it will work i guess... cheers... :)

yes as long as the fish is coming out to feed, there is good chance. But once the fish is hiding and not so keen to feed, that is medication for me.... but when fish totally ignore everything this is when most likely gone (based on my observation to share with everyone).
