yellow clown goby got yellow blisters all over

hi all, got my yellow clown goby a few days back. now it has yellow blisters all over the body about the size of white spots but its yellow in color. didnt have this when i bought them. the fishes have started to eat n look ok. my other fishes in the tank look alright. any idea what this is?
