Does Turbo Snail poo a lot???

Notice tat there is always a lot of dirts everywhere in my tank once the turbo snail have made its trip there! Does it poo a lot?

I'm not sure if it's my turbo's poo but after i added 5 into my 2foter, I also realised that there are lots of brown stuff on the gravel (after some time) usually congregated in an area.

My sand back got a lot of greying color powder form stuff which I assume is the poo of either the turbo snail or my nemo! Not sure hw 2 remove them effectively! Can increase the current on the sand bed 2 waste all the dirt up?

Expert out there got any advise???
