tubeworm

hi all, anybody has any idea if it is suitable to keep tubeworm (or is it called feather duster?) in my fish tank? it seems like they can move around... found 1 of it on the sandbed this morning. some of my fishes picked on them once in awhile. what are the fishes not suitable to keep together? (cos i really like tubeworms.) anyone has pics of nice kokoworm/tubeworms to share? what are the price range?

tube comes cheaper got mine at $1 but the normal ones. there are also $ 4 $10 tube worms .nicer so more expensive. coco worms are costlier. coming in at ard $10 or $28

I think lobsters may kachiao ur tubes. Mine coco got pulled out from its shell by my lobster.

Go Pasir Ris farm the normal tubeworm only 1 for $1 as I just bought 5 only!!

The common feather duster is available at most LFS/ farms @ $1.

Thanks for all the tips.how abt the classification for them? Which are the more expensive ones? i went the 1 beside R***W****,saw 1 alternating red & white color,the man say is hawaiian tube worm,cost $25.

Yeap, I got a Hawaiian Tube Worm from ML @ $25 too! Understand from Henry that this is the kind of tube worm which can grow quite big compare to the normal one. The crown is very pretty. And the diameter is about 3.5 inch now ... and there is two layer of crown.

Saw some pink coco worms at coral farm on Friday..$45..can it be so expensive?

Hi Nic-a-Jon ....Wow ! Think it is too expensive at $45 for Pinkish Red CoCo worm...I thought it should be ard $17 ~$28 per specimen from LCK 110/ Pasir Ris...depending on quality.

By the way...who can share which other fishes are not CoCo worm friendly...cos I have two specimen in my tank.

P/S : Hi Siglap! Where do u get CoCo worm at $10 only...care to share with us? Please correct me if I am wrong. Cheers!!!
