Need help!!How to prepared salt water ?

o it's cost u about 25 for 10kg...

me all alot use kent salt...never try other... find it gd enough for me..

anyway there r other better brand salt.. tropica marine salt the best from what i heard but it's expensive..

ok guys, tks..but add in more info coz will star to set up my tanks next wk...and need a good advise fm u guys...i dun think wanna get NSW, some moreso troublesome...but another thing, what do i need to check when DIY SW..pls advise...tks again

u need a hydrometer to check the salinity

ammonia ,nitrite and nitrate test kit when cycling .

i think u should readup before starting anything ....

go get a book..

if not go ask anyone here that live near u got book to borrow u to photocopy or what..

or ask them to advice u what to do.. the step by step..

it will safe u alot of time and trouble and money...

also u got plan what u want to keep in your tank..

fish only or coral (which type.. softie, hard, lps or sps or clam.. etcs)

Around 30L of water will required 1Kg of salt

I use red-sea, cost about $12/- for 4kg Pack
