any one can advise? im usin the arcadia clipon but no growth

go IMM's Best Denki to get their clip on table lamp with E27 holder and Philip Tornado 24W E27 warm white.

but using that, you should see growth.

i used 2 of the above for my refugium and i need to trim my chaeto often.

e27 is referin to the bulb model rt

E27 refers to the screw size for your bulb to be screwed into the clip on lights. E14 is the thinner and smaller version

the clip on is $13.90. I dun see any branding on it, think its brandless.

there is sample hanging down there, got both white and black colors with a flexible neck used for adjustment. You wont miss it if you are at the lamp section.

like what Jeremy answered, E27 is the bulb screw on size which what the $13.90 light is utilizing. the bulb range from a couple of watts to 24w which the 24w cost about $8.20 so its cheap to run for chaeto growing.

alternatively, you can try ikea as well but so far i still prefer that of IMM's.

im not sure, whether it could work or not, it really depends the wattage already. chaeto needs relatively strong light to grow well.

warm white's color temperature should be about 6500k
