where to buy adjustable hanging cable?

hi all,

may i ask if anyone knows where to buy those kind of cables or hanging kits to hang my lightset, but is adjustable (meaning i can lift it up and down)

i'm looking for such an adjustable cable to hang my ATI lightset.. tried looking at IKEA but can't find an adjustable one..

yupps i just checked, my ATI lightset does come with adjustable cables.. thanks all! :)

on a sidenote, i need to help my dad look for one too, his is DElighting.. :thumbsup:
