Hi Friends,

Does anyone of you have the experience in using Profilux in your system?

I would like to find out the level of customer support received for Singapore customers.

I understand that reef depot is the sole distributor in this region, how is their technical knowledge of this system?

I went to some overseas forum and generally there seem to be a lack of upgrades and service for aquatronica, that is why I am looking at Profilux.

Any comments would be great :)

Profilux have got more functions as compared to Aquatronica.

So far reef depot had been able to provide me with the support I need throughout so no complain from me.

Was wondering if they are bringing in Profilux 3 EX

They can bring in if you place order.

Could you guys share what common functions do you usually use profilux for?

Also supposedly the light set that we acquire already has a timer, do you still plug your lightset into profilux and program it from profilux or you run them separately?

Hope to hear from hobbyist who are using this controller :)
