yes, they are captive breed but not all from CF.

food wise.. is a bit hard to control cos SH needs to be fed constantly. so nutrients is an issue. bring down ur NO3 n PO4.

I did WC twice a week. 20% every time. i have cheato, use bio pellets n row.

Laterly, AM, CF has SH. But do note that the color of the SH changes with mood and environment. It usually don go along with most fishes and u need a tank height of about 2.5 times the length of its uncurl body.

also, don buy wild ones. they are hard and time consuming to wean them off live food.
