It really depends on what you want to keep, but it should be fine for most cases. You can adjust the flow anyways.

If you're talking about your current tank, it is definitely ok with an MP10. In fact, I would recommend it, since you're keeping SPS.

I'm using an MP10 in my 17" cube. with LPS and SPS. I point it at the back of my rockscape and blast it, it's on full power on reef crest mode. LPS have no problems with it, softies have no problems with it, the SPS love it! I think as long as the flow is not direct, it shouldn't be a problem.
