i have this flower pot coral. A few tentacles appeared dead.. Can i remove it (cut away with a scissor)? Will this affect affect the rest of the healthy tentacles...?

Just ignore it... You will stress the coral further...

If it is dead, you see skeleton or melting retracted tenticle. If you can cut... chances is that it is stressed by current, fishes or other corals. Correct those stress. Flower pot is not a very hardy coral so take care.

could be brown jelly disease. common for flower pot to have.

please check water parameters.
