enseng
Hi, need help on sun coral feeding...i target feed them with henry food and copepod... while they are enjoying the foods, my juvenile emperor angel and purple tang are always aiming at their food and nick at them.. they are all close up now... Any suggestion to feed it? Or shouldn't I keep it with the emperor angel and PT? Suspect my super sun coral dead because of this also .. SRC Member comycus Posted June 7, 2010 SRC Member Share Posted June 7, 2010 Feed your fishes till they are happy then feed your suns. Try not to flood with Henry's or you can see your nitrates shooting up. Quote My old 3ft
CFOh
can remove them out from tank and place in a container and feed them? I know some reefers practice this method as well... What they did were place the SunCoral in small bucket with a small pump to ensure continue flow helping food reach to sun coral.. but it can be very tiring to do so in long run..... also not healthy to move coral in & out.. cause most LPS r more susceptible to shock/drop event.. we can't guaranty always perfectly handling on them....
