Help!! NanoCube Lights "Dead"

Hi all,

I bought the JBJ 12G NanoCube less than 2 weeks ago.

The white lights are dead!!, however the fans are still running.

On random times when i switch it on, i see a quick flash of light. Im assuming the bulb is working fine

What should i do with it?

Im not sure if the shop i bought from has warranty for it.

Ive contacted the shop without a reply.

Please advise, on how i can fix it.

Anyone who owns the NanoCube came across this problem?

You may try contacting JBJ Asia Dealer if the shop is not responding.

I manage to contact the shop, ill need to send it back for repairs.

I was thinking should i send it back for repairs or have it customized with LED lights instead.

Anyone keen to quote me a price to DIY Cree LEDS to my 12G nano hood?

Hi, I suggested may be loan or setup a PL light while waiting for repair.. will be cheaper...

I guess u only send back the JBJ hood set right? Just setup a clip on type PL/T5 temporary should be sufficient.. I believe your JBJ should be PL light too....
